Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume launches, drops, or holidays, processing times may be longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days
  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Stolen Packages

WINNERXMOTORSPORTS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you experience delivery issues, contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


International Shipping & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

These fees are not controlled by WINNERXMOTORSPORTS and are not included in shipping costs.

Unexpected delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volume.
